Server Participation Rules
Fish Events EULA
Discord Server, Minecraft Event Server, FishCoin, DollarGills, and Linked Features
1. Agreement To These Rules
These Server Participation Rules govern participation in the Fish Events Discord server, Minecraft event server, FishCoin bot systems, DollarGills economy, shared inventory, shops, ranks, roleplay events, livestreamed or recorded events, and related community features.
By participating in the Servers, joining Events, using FishCoin, linking accounts, joining event voice channels, using the Minecraft server, or using shared inventory, shop, rank, or reward systems, you agree to these Rules.
If you do not agree to these Rules, do not participate in the Discord server, Minecraft server, public events, linked-account systems, voice channels, streams, or FishCoin-related features.
2. Eligibility And Platform Terms
You may only participate if you are allowed to use Discord, Minecraft, and any relevant streaming platforms under their applicable terms, age requirements, and local laws. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.
You agree to follow the Minecraft EULA, Minecraft Usage Guidelines, Minecraft Community Standards, Discord Terms of Service, Discord Community Guidelines, event rules, and staff instructions. These Rules supplement those platform terms and do not replace them.
3. Streams, Recordings, And User Content
- Events may be livestreamed, recorded, clipped, edited, posted, archived, or monetized.
- Your username, voice, chat, skin, gameplay, builds, signs, roleplay actions, and other User Content may appear in content.
- If you do not want to appear in streams, recordings, clips, or event content, do not join event voice channels, event chat, or the Minecraft event server.
- You grant the Server Operators permission to use event-related User Content for event operation, moderation, community posts, streams, clips, archives, highlights, and promotional materials related to Fish Events.
4. FishCoin, DollarGills, Inventory, Shops, And Ranks
- FishCoin and DollarGills are fictional server-only systems with no real-world cash value.
- DollarGills are not Minecoins, cryptocurrency, real money, gambling credit, stored value, or any financial asset.
- DollarGills cannot be cashed out, refunded, sold, transferred outside the Servers, or exchanged for real money.
- Server Operators may change, reset, remove, rebalance, revoke, or disable DollarGills, balances, inventories, shop items, ranks, rewards, and linked features for moderation, balance, technical, safety, or event reasons.
- No server reward, item, balance, rank, inventory entry, or linked feature is guaranteed to remain available permanently.
5. Linked Accounts And Data
Linked-account features may require storing your Discord ID, Discord username or display name, Minecraft UUID, Minecraft username, link status, inventory records, purchases, ranks, rewards, event participation, moderation actions, timestamps, and technical logs.
Linked data is used for account linking, shared inventory, rewards, ranks, shop access, moderation, fraud prevention, event operation, support, debugging, and server security.
Server Operators may moderate, mute, kick, ban, unlink, rebalance, reset, revoke, remove, or restrict features when needed for safety, rule enforcement, platform compliance, event operation, or technical integrity.
6. Conduct And Public Event Safety
- You must keep chat, voice, skins, builds, usernames, signs, roleplay, and gameplay appropriate for a public event audience.
- You must not create or share sexual, hateful, extremist, graphic, harassing, doxxing, threatening, illegal, exploitative, or otherwise unsafe content.
- Normal Minecraft fantasy combat, mobs, traps, deaths, roleplay conflict, and event twists are allowed when kept within event rules and suitable for the audience.
- Staff instructions, event-specific rules, and moderation decisions must be followed during events.
7. Unofficial Community Systems
The Servers, FishCoin, DollarGills, ranks, rewards, shops, and linked features are unofficial community systems. They are not affiliated with, approved by, sponsored by, or endorsed by Mojang, Microsoft, Discord, or any streaming platform.
8. Activity Calendar And Availability System
The Servers may provide an optional activity calendar or availability website. Using the activity calendar is not required to participate in the Discord server, Minecraft server, public events, voice channels, streams, FishCoin, DollarGills, shared inventory, shops, ranks, or linked-account features unless a specific event separately states otherwise.
If you choose to use the activity calendar, you may log in using a Discord verification code and submit the times when you are usually free or available during the week.
The activity calendar may store your Discord user ID, Discord username or display name, selected timezone, weekly availability slots, login-code status, session status, timestamps, and related technical records. This data is used to help Server Operators understand when community members may be available, plan events, estimate activity, manage activity-related roles, and optionally notify or ping people who appear to be available.
- Availability information is not a guarantee that you are online, active, watching Discord, available to respond, or required to join an event.
- Submitting availability is voluntary. You may leave slots empty, disable your schedule, stop using the calendar, or request deletion of your availability data by contacting a Server Operator.
- Server Operators should not use availability data to pressure users into participating. Availability data is only a planning, activity, role-syncing, and notification tool.
- The activity calendar may use secure session cookies or similar login/session tools for authentication, security, and calendar operation.
- Server Operators may change, disable, clear, reset, or remove the activity calendar system at any time for technical, moderation, privacy, safety, event-management, or community-management reasons.
9. Changes To These Rules
Server Operators may update these Rules from time to time for safety, moderation, event operation, legal compliance, platform compliance, technical changes, FishCoin features, Minecraft linking, economy balancing, or community management.
When these Rules are updated, the new version will be posted in the Discord server and/or shown through the Minecraft server, FishCoin bot, website, or event join flow. For major changes, Server Operators may require users to accept the updated Rules before continuing to participate in Events, use FishCoin, link accounts, use shared inventory, receive rewards, or access Minecraft-related features.
Continued participation after the updated Rules are posted or accepted means you agree to the updated Rules.
10. Contact And Requests
Questions, unlinking requests, data requests, bug reports, abuse reports, moderation appeals, or concerns should be sent to a Server Operator through the Discord server.
